Thumbs Up Diner used to operate out of this building at 10 N. Clarendon Road in Avondale Estates, right next to DeKalb County Fire Station No. 3.
The restaurant moved out several years, though the Thumbs Up name is still painted on the door. The building has been empty ever since.
