You've probably driven by this building. It sits at the intersection of Clarendon Avenue and North Avondale Road, in the heart of the Avondale Estates business district.

But like many other commercial buildings in Avondale Estates, it's empty. According to the signs, Hutchin's Print Shoppe and Natalie's Hair Studio used to operate there.

What kind of business would you like to see moving into this building? You don't have to take zoning, or the rent or other realities into account -- unless you want to.
