You’ll also find a new menu at Watershed on Peachtree. [Managing partner Ross] Jones confirmed that chef Joe Truex remains at the helm and “has been working on the menu all winter long.” She says that they are not completely reinventing the menu, but that they’ve opened the door for creativity. Some of your old favorites from Watershed’s menu may rotate through as specials. Watershed’s famous fried chicken nights will return, but on Wednesdays at this location.
