Trackside Grand Re-Opening This Weekend

Neighborhood pub has risen from the ashes after a fire two years ago.

will hold its grand re-opening this weekend.

The neighborhood tavern on College Street burned two years ago and was finally rebuilt. It opened for business in July but waited until this weekend for the big blowout.

Here's what's happening:

All Weekend: After 7 p.m. Friday and after 4 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday. John Cox, local artist and Trackside, will be drawing black and white facial caricatures of any patrons who want to have their picture on the wall for only $5.  He will be doing this all three days.

Selling the newly designed “Track is Back” Shirts for $10.

Selling bricks from the original building imprinted with Trackside’s logo for $10.

Funds to be donated to PAWS Atlanta.

Special food and drinks all day.

 

Sunday: Free hot dog bar buffet during Falcon’s game. From 1 to 4 p.m.  Dogs on grill, macaroni salad, potato salad etc.

2:30 (half-time):  blessing of the business with Patron St. Agnes.

4 p.m. (after the game): Flag Hanging over door with firefighters.
