Sweetwater and Big Tex Decatur Pair up for 4-Course Beer Dinner

April 18 event centers around beer.

The popular Big Tex Decatur beer dinner series returns Thursday, April 18th at 7 p.m.

Big Tex — located at 308 West Ponce de Leon Ave. — has partnered with SweetWater Brewing Co. and head Chef Rick Watson will present four courses of food paired with a selection of SweetWater brews. Our guests will indulge in a seasonally inspired menu. Among the courses: a salad made with local heirloom butter lettuce, buffalo coulette steak, SweetWater Blue soaked blueberries, tarragon infused buttermilk cheese and fried shallots.

The price will be $50 (excluding tax and gratuity) for four courses including full bottles and pints of beer. For additional questions, contact Robin Vaughan at 404-293-2035.
