The HLM Financial Group & Shelter Lending Services is relocating to 160 Clairemont Ave., effective Dec. 20.
The company, which celebrated its 27th anniversary on Sept. 15, is moving to the new space because it's larger and renovated.
HLM has had a long history in Decatur, starting out at 412 Church St., then moving to 340 W. Ponce de Leon Ave., followed by 125 Clairemont Ave.
