Chefs will choose beers from local craft breweries and pair them with grilled cheese sandwiches.

Organizers say the winner of the judges' panel will "take home a grilled cheese totem made by local artist Tom Wrenn to display in their restaurant for the year. There's also a people's choice award, which all attendees get to vote on. We call it the People's Cheese, and that prize is a ridiculous wrestling belt made from stinky cheese cloth and bedazzles."
