Since 2004, the LINDSEY RAKERS BAND has steadily grown a fan base in the Atlanta music scene and has gained praise from music critics. Their contagious energy and broad appeal has drawn comparisons ranging from Dave Matthews Band to Rilo Kiley to Sugarland. They've played the stage at intimate venues like the Red Light Cafe and right here at Eddie's Attic, and in 2007 and 2009, the band graced the stage at Atlanta's premier folk-rock arts festival, The Dogwood Festival. See them live tonight as they perform in support of their newest release, "Wishing Well!" Fans of folk-rock and Americana-blues music will enjoy the Lindsay Rakers Band!


THE BITTEROOTS call Decatur their home, but that's not the only thing we like about them. Their sound takes a classic formula but gives it a modern makeover, keeping the songwriting strong and the music simple but fresh. Vocalist Laura Dees' gutsy vocals are highlighted with screaming leads from the guitars and thumping rhythm section sure to be in-the-pocket all night long. They are promoting their debut release "French Fries."
