Friday was Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-fil-A restaurants throughout the nation, and the company's downtown Decatur's store was filled with families and customers dressed as their favorite bovines, as part of the restaurant's free-food promotion.

Chick-fil-A executives Truett and Dan Cathy also made a special appearance at the location.
