Avondale Estates very own Pallookaville owner, Jim Stacy, premiered Monday night in Destination America's new series, "Deep Fried Masters," as a judge.

Stacy owns and operates Pallookaville, a gourmet corndog and tamale wagon in Avondale Estates.

The show premiered Monday night on Discovery.
