Callaghan - Live at Eddie's Attic!

Doors open at 6:30 pm. Tickets will be $18 at the door.

In the Summer of 2010 Callaghan packed up her life in London and moved to Atlanta to record with Grammy Nominee Shawn Mullins. Mullins had heard her music online. Mullins muses, "The world needs more singer songwriters like Callaghan. In a time where mediocrity is seen as brilliant, Callaghan truly shines through as the real deal. Her voice is original and pure, and she is one of the greatest unsigned talents I've ever heard." After being knocked out by her voice and songs, he agreed to produce her debut album. Callaghan performs live on piano and guitar. Her music blends the sounds of Folk, Americana and Pop. Her rich and haunting vocals are regularly compared to Sarah McLachlan and Emmy Lou Harris.

In the UK she was a regular at London’s top singer-songwriter venues, The National Theatre and Ivy Club. Since making her home in the USA she has played shows and festivals across 21 states, opened Shawn’s US tour, secured TV and Radio appearances and been in the studio recording her debut album. That album, Life in Full Colour, was completed in 2011. A limited edition preview release of the record sold out rapidly after being offered to Callaghan’s fans through her website and at shows. Since then Callaghan has been on the road building up to the full release of her album in the Spring.

Callaghan kicked off 2012 with a sell out show at Eddie's Attic, 3 performances at the 30A festival and a tour of Tennessee, and North and South Carolina with fellow singer-songwriter Erick Baker. Next she's hitting the road with Shawn again and performing her own headline shows up and down the Eastern USA.
