2nd Annual Youth Empowerment Breakfast

The proceeds of the Youth Empowerment Breakfast will benefit the Youth Leadership Academy.  Commissioner Barnes-Sutton developed the Youth Leadership Academy to meet the needs of youth through education, leadership development and community services.  Students from Redan and Stephenson High Schools participate in this program.
