There will be brats, chicken and burgers in the parking lot and the pub will be giving away two pairs of tickets to the Braves vs. Mets game on Sept. 16, along with other prizes.

HEAR COUNTRY MUSIC WITH AN ATTITUDE AT TWAIN’S

Why go: Vocalists Jason C. Waller and Tiffany Leigh Blalock bring Waller to Decatur, with their country-music-with-an-edge sound and attitude.

GET “SCATTERED, SMOTHERED & COVERED” THIS WEEKEND

Where/When: The Waffle House Museum, 2719 E. College Ave., Decatur, Saturday, 12 to 3 p.m.

Why go: Don’t you want to see the location of the first-ever Waffle House, ever? Of course you do. With more than 1600 restaurants in 25 states, this 24-hour empire’s museum is worth seeing, with “scattered, covered and smothered” being only one of the reasons. On this day, The Waffle House museum will be open to the public, but be advised that you must call 770-326-7086 at least 48 hours in advance to make an appointment for any other day.

SPEND LUNCHTIME IN THE STUDIO

Where/When: , 139 Sycamore St., Decatur, Friday, Sept. 9, 12 p.m.
