DeKalb Artist Lisa Moore's Fine Art a Popular Component of the Annual Trinity School Artists Market

– Lisa Moore, a DeKalb-based fine art painter (www.lmoorefineart.com), will showcase and sell her representional abstract mixed media paintings of figures, children and rural scenes at the annual “Spotlight on Art” Artists Market, which benefits Trinity School in Buckhead.  Scheduled for Feb. 3-8 at the school’s Northside Parkway campus, the market will feature paintings, jewelry, ceramics, folk art, children’s creations, garden sculpture, and much, much more from both established and emerging artists.  The market is a key fundraiser for the private school, and has raised in excess of $5 million in its over 30 year history (http://www.trinityatl.org/spotlight_on_art/index.aspx).

“This is the sixth year my work has been selected for the Artists Market and I am delighted to be back,” said Moore.  “In addition to the sale at the school, several artists, including me, were invited to showcase our work at the Saks Fifth Avenue Gallery at Phipps Plaza prior to the opening of the Artists Market.  I will have about two dozen paintings of various sizes and subjects for sale, including several mother-and-child paintings, which are always popular at the Trinity Artists Market.”

Works will be previewed and sold at the Saks Fifth Avenue Gallery through January 28.  The Trinity Artists Market will be open to the public Monday-Saturday, Feb. 3-8.  The event will culminate with a gala and auction Saturday, Feb. 15.
