Valarie Wilson To Lead State School Boards Association

She's been a member of the Decatur School Board for a decade.

Valarie Wilson, a member of the Decatur School Board since 2002, is the new president of the Georgia School Boards Association.

She took office in June during a GSBA meeting in Savannah. She was the president-elect, so it's no surprise.

Here's her bio from the City Schools of Decatur webpage.
