At first the shop will only sell food and coffee for take out but Frazier hopes to create seating eventually.

Frazier started Weat Free Breakfast Foods last fall and decided to create a retail shop because of good response during demonstrations at stores and farmers markets.

Weat Free products are sold online and at Cook's Warehouse in Decatur and Natural Foods Warehouses.

Frazier said she discovered about a year-and-a-half ago that she's gluten intolerant. Her daughter is is lactose intolerant.

"One of my goals is to make the food as delicious as possible so the gluten-free part is an afterthought," Frazier said.
