Did You Meet Justin Bieber?

When a pop superstar visits Avondale Estates, it's a historic event.

That's why Patch feels a journalistic obligation to properly document the Justin Bieber experience of September 5, 2011.

For those of you living in caves (or without internet access), Bieber spent a few hours in Avondale on Monday shooting a public service video on the dangers of texting while driving.

He met quite a few fans who patiently waited in the drizzle for a photo or autograph.

If you need a new Justin Bieber fix, don't worry. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that he visited the Georgia Aquarium, where he was photographed with a beluga whale.

Nobody asked, but Patch thinks the whale looks a little starstruck.
