Garrett Goebel and Julie Rhame should have the leadership positions because, in a few months, they will be the only two with children still in CSD schools. The other members should start transitioning out. It's ok if not all Board members have children in the system but it shouldn't be a majority. You get out of touch with the issues quickly when you aren't dealing with school on a daily basis.

So who "won" the honor of more leadership and responsibility?
