Book Fest Keynote Packs Auditorium

Sixth annual AJC Decatur Book Festival under way on the Square.

Keynote speakers Colin Meloy and Carson Ellis packed Presser Hall at Agnes Scott College Friday night to talk about their new book, "Wildwood," and the collaborative process. 

Saturday began with a children's parade featuring Skippyjon Jones at 9:45 and continued with events at venues all around the Decatur Square. For a complete schedule go to decaturbookfestival.com. The festival continues Sunday from noon-6 p.m.

Alice Murray was a founding member of the board of the AJC Decatur Book Festival and currently serves as board president.
