Want a front row seat to see the chicks?

Volunteer for this year’s Urban Coop Tour on October 6 & 7, 2012.

We need volunteers to help staff the 13 coops on this year’s tour. Your duties will include greeting the visitors at your assigned coop and answering questions when able. No previous chicken tending experience is necessary (coop owners will provide cheat sheet). Each volunteer will receive a free ticket good for both days of the tour.

We have a wonderful mix of coops on the tour this year throughout the intown Atlanta and Decatur area. Days and shifts available:

Saturday, October 6

Noon-2:30 p.m.

2:30-5 p.m.

Sunday, October 7

Noon-2:30 p.m.

2:30-5 p.m.

• phone number
• shift/day you prefer
• part of town (Decatur/Oakhurst, East Atlanta, Virginia Highlands or Grant Park).
